How ordering works
Four steps, and nothing is made until you have approved your proof.
1. Design it
Build it in the configurator, or WhatsApp us your logo. Pick the cap, the leather and the patch shape.
2. Approve your proof
We send a digital proof of the patch on your cap. Ask for changes until it is right.
3. We make it
Usually 3 working days after you approve your proof, or the same day when booked. For large runs we agree the date when we quote.
4. Delivered
By courier anywhere in South Africa, or collect from us in Kempton Park.

Questions we hear most
Is there a minimum order?+
Yes: 10 pieces per design. Every production run carries a flat setup fee for machine make-ready, a sample piece and the photo we send you before we start, so the price per piece drops as the quantity goes up. The configurator shows your price at every quantity.
How long does it take?+
Most orders are ready 3 working days after you approve your proof. Smaller runs can be done the same day: book a slot on WhatsApp, send your caps by Uber, and your driver can collect them once they are stitched. For large runs we agree the date when we quote.
Will I see it before you make it?+
Yes. We send a free digital proof of your patch on the cap. Production only starts once you approve it.
Can I send you my logo on WhatsApp?+
Yes. Our landline 011 393 1200 is on WhatsApp. Send your logo there and we will help you choose the cap and the patch.
Do you deliver outside Gauteng?+
Yes, by courier anywhere in South Africa. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Online orders of R 2 000 or more before VAT are delivered free, and collection from Kempton Park is free. Trade and reseller accounts pay delivery both ways.
