Our story
One product, done properly
RetroCraft began in embroidery. In 2022 we invested in a laser and started the product we are known for, done properly: a leather patch that carries a business's name. We make it ourselves, from the hide to the finished stitch, because that is the only way to be sure of how it turns out.
That one product has grown into a working range: patches stitched onto caps and beanies (yours or ours), engraved leather keyrings, coasters, table talkers and bill holders, and engraving on wood. The workshop and the standard have stayed the same.
We make for brands and branding agencies, outdoor and safari companies, fuel and industrial firms, golf businesses and hospitality venues.

We make it in Kempton Park
Each patch is cut, laser-engraved and stitched in our workshop, onto caps, beanies or your own garments, or supplied loose.
Step 4
We deliver
Most orders are ready 3 working days after you approve your proof, and smaller runs can be ready the same day when booked. We courier anywhere in South Africa, or your own driver collects.

Our founder's brand
Made for Bushwalk
Bushwalk is a South African outdoor and urban apparel brand, and it shares a founder with RetroCraft. We make its leather patch caps (truckers, oilskin, safari and corduroy), its cuffed beanies with leather labels, and the labels on its T-shirts and hoodies. It gets the same leather, the same proofs and the same workshop as every other customer.
