Ever wondered how we create those beautiful leather patches? Let us take you behind the scenes!
Each patch starts with premium full-grain leather, carefully selected for thickness and texture. Our team then laser-cuts each piece to precise specifications before moving to the debossing station.
The debossing process uses heated dies to create depth and dimension in your design. Finally, each patch is hand-finished, edges beveled, and quality-checked before being carefully attached to your headwear.
It is a labor of love, and we would not have it any other way.
